This season is a moment of gratitude and reflection for us. While the software and outsourcing industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, one thing at Alabama Solutions remains constant: our belief that people are the foundation of everything we build.

As we close our doors for the holidays, we want to say thank you to every team member, collaborator, and client who trusted us, challenged us, and grew with us throughout the year.

A Year Defined by People-First Growth

2025 was a year of consolidation, learning, and meaningful progress. Rather than chasing growth for growth’s sake, we focused on strengthening our teams, deepening relationships with our clients, and continuing to invest in a culture where collaboration and ownership thrive.

The commitment, energy, and craftsmanship of our team allowed us to deliver consistently, adapt to change, and maintain the high standards our partners expect from us. 

Their work—often behind the scenes—is what enables our clients to move faster and build better software.

Closing the Year Together

True to our tradition, we wrapped up the year the best way we know how: together.

Our year-end celebration brought the team together for an evening of barbecue, raffles, games, and plenty of laughs. 

It was a simple reminder that while we are great at building software, we are even better at building camaraderie. 

Luckily, we’ll stick to web development and leave the art to others.

Nevertheless, moments like these reinforce what makes Alabama special: a team that enjoys working together and values connection just as much as results.

Strengthening Our Presence in Uruguay’s Tech Ecosystem

Furthermore, we were also proud to close out the year alongside industry peers at the CUTI (Chamber of Uruguayan IT Companies) end-of-year celebration. 

Ending 2025 surrounded by people who continuously push Uruguay’s tech ecosystem forward felt especially meaningful.

Our CEO, Eduardo Mello and Bruno Sosa represented Alabama Solutions at the event, celebrating what was a strong year not only for our company, but for the Uruguayan IT industry as a whole. 

Being part of this growing, globally respected ecosystem remains a point of pride for us.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we step into 2026, we do so with optimism, humility, and ambition. We know the year ahead will bring new challenges—but also new opportunities to grow, learn, and build impactful solutions alongside our clients.
