One of the first things on your to-do list when considering AI integration should be a comprehensive assessment of your tech infrastructure. It is not unusual to have to make significant changes to the existing setup.

Conversely to this is the risk that arises from full-on reliance on AI such as the threat of job loss and bugs resulting from lack of system oversight.  

To avoid these, when planning your integration, AI should mainly be thought to be used to augment employee capabilities, not replace them. Establishing an integration guideline where AI tools support and enhance human decision-making foils a big chunk of AI integration risks.
